I have ordered two of these items. One was fully boxed and works perfectly. The other had what appeared to be box tape and was wrapped once from one side of the rim to the other, that was it. I didn't think about it until later when I installed it. I installed it fully wrapped and everything went well, the wheel spins freely and no bearing noise. These flat free wheels replaced the air wheels on my pressure washer and they are perfect. Exactly as advertised in terms of wheel size and center shaft size which we need to be specific about when ordering something like this online. Made for my pressure washer.
