Very easy to keep track and manage everything

I love that it is so simple! You can see all your orders in one place as well when you are looking at invoices or tracking numbers etc.. It's also great if there have been any issues with an order from another country - they will be notified straight away too which helps speed up resolution times!! The only thing i dislike about this system really would like more information displayed regarding stock availability of items ordered especially within countries where we don't ship into often such…

Pros
  • Also good customer service staff who respond quickly whenever required ! Great software package overall :)
Cons
  • Not much unfortunately just wish shipping costs were cheaper across borders due to high cost per item
