First I cut out all the ugly protruding elements. After that I liked it. They are designed in such a way that they can be pulled together on the chin in very cold weather. However, they're so tight you'll practically suffocate to secure them. The fit is snug overall, but I look forward to sitting like a bug on a rug when the wind howls. I bought this hoping to use it under a helmet when snowboarding but it doesn't work with a helmet, unless your helmet isn't too big for you.
