The dog was afraid to use it

My dog was afraid to use the stairs. I felt that maybe they weren't wide enough or maybe they were too steep. Whatever the reason, I returned it when I realized she wasn't going to use it.

Great for older dogs

My 10 year old loves to hop on the bed but I bought her so she can now walk up and down with ease. I like the durability as well as the maneuverability of the ladder. Roll up and store when not in use.

Easy assembly!: Stairs and steps

Fast shipping, well packaged! Put it next to the bed so the Corgi puppy can climb on our bed. I had to put treats on the steps to encourage the pup to climb! It was easier for him to come down. The cats are having fun and getting older too. Easily folds up and stows away when not in use. 5 star rating! *****

My adult cat loves it

My cat is 13 years old, has some arthritis and my bed is high. Now she can easily pace up and down as many times as she wants. Great durability, it's already built, just put padding and rubber on the legs to keep it from sliding on wood/tile surfaces. And of course, affordability is great in these trying times.

**PLEASE READ** - Stairs and Steps

So here's the thing, I've seen some reviews where people with larger animals thought it would work. Now come on, you obviously need to buy a sturdy, maybe even WOODEN ladder for the big animals. Not to say it's not strong, but for my 22 lb dog it's great. She's an old girl and she makes good use of it. Measurements are correct, height is approximately 19 inches. Ideal for most beds and sofas. Very satisfied, is also great for cats!

Suitable for 65 lb dog

I bought this for our 65 lb black Lab who is having trouble getting into our Highlander. After several training attempts, she got used to it and the ladder works well. I lean it against the bumper (it's a good thing the object is plastic and doesn't leave a mark), but I still need to steady it so she doesn't throw it off.
