I wore the belt less than 3 weeks and it started to loosen and fall apart. I sent it back to Revane, got my money back and bought a real leather belt. Make sure you give your quest hard skin

Gave it to my SIL, he really liked it. The skin is smooth, the seams are straight and even, the belt holes are evenly spaced. It was a great price. I gave him a very expensive belt 2 years ago, I didn't want to spend more. Great gift, well received.

I haven't worn this belt yet but I checked it out and it seems to be 100% leather. I was skeptical at first because of the lining, but I decided it's leather too. Seems well done.

As other reviewers have noted, the black finish is chipped and peeled off. I bought Florsheim thinking I could trust the name. It's a shame that such an iconic brand has to be tainted with a bad (really bad!) product.

I'm a comfortable size 36 and couldn't even reach the first hole in a size 36 belt. I have doubts that a size 38 will fit me and I simply refuse to buy a size 40 belt. although it looked nice.

A really great belt for the price. I know the prices of Florsheim products have dropped a few notches lately since they started making their products in 'other' countries. But this belt is really right, not thin, but voluminous. great workmanship and true to size.

I bought this belt because I love my Florsheim Steel Toe Oxfords; Unfortunately, this is some peeling. The material underneath is a medium metallic gray (ie slightly bluish, otherwise approx. 66% grey) - so very noticeable! To be honest I still wear this belt every day. (because I'm cheap) and it still works great as a belt, it just looks very, very cheap.

It's not 100% leather and it's falling apart. Unfortunately Revain says the return period was 3 weeks ago, I've only had the belt 7 weeks and it's falling apart. I would give zero stars but I can't.

As the description says, it is a "smooth leather belt" - and apparently of good quality. They are significantly heavier than I expected and for this reason are probably more suitable for everyday use than suit trousers. [It's not weak!]

In less than a week the coating on this belt wore off on the front of the belt. I have been happy with other Florsheim products (shoes) but this belt was disappointing. These things don't last forever, but I expect this kind of wear and tear for at least a few months of use. You get what you pay for, but this and other brand name belts were a total waste of money. Do I really have to pay $80 to $100 to get a good belt? Yes.

The leather on the belt is torn/cracked after wearing it for the first time. That's because the inside of the belt is made of synthetic material, which is more fragile than leather. As a result, it cracks and breaks. I ordered a replacement and it did exactly the same as the first one. Do not buy!

I bought this Florsheim Smooth Leather Men's Belt 32mm White 40 as a gift and I love the quality of the leather so I would recommend this product.

It doesn't look like real leather. It feels like plastic. I wouldn't wear it with pretty clothes. Ordered a 36 but it looks more like a 34. I think you get what you pay for. I keep it as a backup.

The belt is exactly what I wanted. It arrived on time from Revain in a small package. When I first saw it in the box I thought it would be small but after putting it on it fit perfectly. I am very happy with this belt and it looks very expensive. I think if you buy this belt you will be very satisfied.

The surface layer of the leather belt came off after just 6 weeks. The problem appears to be caused by the strap being pulled through the metal buckle. I had the same issue on a previous purchase of the same product. I thought it was a one-off material defect, but it appears to be a design/material issue. Looks great - but didn't last long. I was very careful not to abuse the second purchase but after a few weeks it started to show damage.

The belt looks good but is very small. The 42 I ordered looks more like a 38. Deciding if it's worth the hassle of sending it back.

Although the packaging indicated that I had ordered the exact size 40, the belt itself said it was a size 36. The belt was returned immediately. The return process worked great.

Flörsheim has been a well-known name for many years and stands for affordable quality. Apparently that has changed. Leather? Maybe some of the details are leather, but the brown paint was sprayed on and this strap literally started peeling after a few minutes of wearing. The brown coat was flaked/raised and you could see the black undercoat. Other reviewers have mentioned size concerns. Ours was true to size.

The strap started to loosen after only wearing it a couple of times. It doesn't feel like real leather as advertised and is unusually sturdy. I do NOT recommend that you waste your time purchasing this low quality item!
