I am so thankful for these Water Tubes! I was able to cut off the stems of the swamp milkweed, place them in test tubes filled with water, and place them in a pot of soil in a protected habitat in our home without having to grow a whole new milkweed each time they need new leaves. I'm not a florist, just a gardener trying to get rid of the horrible Smilex creature that has started appearing in my flower beds. You fill the tube with Roundup, pluck the leaves from the vine, and insert the vine all the way into the hole in the tube. I just did this yesterday so I don't know how long the Roundup will last, but these tubs are a nice size and the pointed end allows you to stick them in the ground at any angle, hopefully keeping the pipe from bloat and liquid to protect.
