Fluidmaster 7115 Replacement Toilet White Review

I bought these to replace I don't know how old toilet fittings in my house. They were easy to assemble and fitted perfectly, matching the existing paint.

Not attached yet as existing screws need to be loosened and I wasn't ready for that. I thought these screws were just covering the real screws.

Eventually I want to replace the entire toilet with white instead of beige. At the same time, while these bolt caps fit together perfectly, they fit true to size and the bathroom looks a whole lot better with the new toilet seat.

My factory sealed never opened box had 2 different color lids. The color of the bone was also not described. One was medium beige and the other could only be described as brown. My toilet is Kohler's bone color. Didn't bother to return the $1.80 I paid. I would recommend buying locally and checking the color match. I couldn't find the color of the bone in situ so I guess I'm unlucky.

I have an American Standard linen toilet. We recently changed the tiles on the bathroom floor and at one point the screw covers were lost. Because the toilet is such a special color, I decided to order the matching screw caps from American Standard. They cost $12. Are you kidding me? Yes, you read it right. $12 for some plastic. I decided I could handle an off-white baseball cap that wasn't that expensive and didn't match reality. Welcome too. As long as they clean something while they're down…
