4 stars vs 5 just because meter manufacturers are putting this type of same old meter on the market with no innovation in design/functionality. For example; The temperature sensor must have a special connector that can be used without an adapter, so that the temperature sensor and the electrical sensor can be connected at the same time.

I use these tools every day, a must for an HVAC technician. From mains voltage to power consumption to temperature fluctuations, this kit covers everything. Tip, wrap the magnet in electrical tape though, it won't last long in the field. And change the temperature sensor, it breaks at the base. A good loop and electrical tape will extend the life of the temperature sensor.

As an HVAC technician, I have to invest in tools and buying them from accessory/parts stores is too expensive! Thank you for a reliable product in an affordable package! I always go to parts stores, ask about prices and then compare them to Revain. Fluke is the leader in electrical components and finding them at this price is phenomenal!

I need a new thermal laser. my old man died after two or three years. I often use them to check how hot data center equipment is and to check data center vents. and sometimes i use them to check pc temperature. I did that with a multimeter. As an electronics engineer, I have many uses for a multimeter. and I like the Fluke brand. Fluke is often used in data centers. I have one of their ring toners.

This is an amazingly perfect set of gauges for HVAC use. It's purpose-built and has all the range and features you need. The only thing you need to improve this kit is: put a screw on the alligator clips for the probes (add a guide for the probes), improve the hanging system with a magnet so that a hook can be used, a second strap for it provide the second thermocouple. . Cons are not significant and I highly recommend this set.

Very nice kit, two different temp probe tips: one is a thermocouple (to detect) and the other I think wraps around the pipe like a liquid line on an air conditioner. The lines seem very strong, there are caps at the ends that can be removed by twisting, which is very convenient.
