This is great for the price and you don't need much for 40 large crickets. If you have 100 or more I would order a few of these. I make a teaspoon every 2 days and throw out the old stuff.

Within 24 hours of feeding these crickets, 90% of my crickets died. Also, it smells disgusting. While calcium base has an odor. It smells MUCH more disgusting! I will return to calcium and not try again.

While cheap and easy to get, it's not the best. It serves its purpose, but most of all it smells like rotten eggs. Of all the bad smells in the world, I would say rotten eggs are one of the worst. and it only smells. so bad! I want them to do something about it. Can't stand it so it's a must, but in a different place.
