Type of review

This large loaf pan bakes all types of bread perfectly. I still oil the pan even though it's nonstick because I don't want to risk ruining the finish and all my loaves just slide off. This works great for a large family like mine who can consume bread like water. Would recommend for family bakers.

Pros
  • High test results for hold and shelf life
Cons
  • Some flaws

Can't get in and out.

Case received. and tried to put it in the pan. Doesn't fit at all. Couldn't really believe it. As it was sold and/or recommended for use with a Pullman pan, I think it should fit. Is there a "trick" to turn it on and off? I will return it if I don't know if there is a way to use it. Too expensive to just hang around at home. Hope to hear from someone about this.

Love these pans, good for bread and loaf pans

I've made lovely long loaves of plain bread and Hokkaido milk bread and they turned out great. There was no stickiness even though I used an egg wash. The pans are very easy to care for and have a good shelf life. Durability was one of my concerns when choosing these pans. I think they will accompany me for a long time. I recommend these bread pans from Focus Foodservice. Whenever I need to buy pots I check this company first.

SANDWICH BREAD REQUIRES

After successfully baking many times in this 100% non-stick pan, it's time to express your gratitude and write a review. I've never had to squirt or grease this pan. I need another one so I can bake two large loaves at the same time. I recommend using a 6 cup flour recipe to make bread. The batter will end up a few inches below the rim after rising and just before baking, but that's okay. It makes very large pieces for sandwiches and toast.

Excellent skillets. - Kitchen and Dining Room

I am very happy with the design of these pans. You seem very tough. I was a bit concerned that they would be damaged on arrival based on previous reviews but luckily that didn't happen. I bought South African crouton pans which are slightly larger than a regular bread pan, not pain de mi so I didn't need lids. I used pans yesterday and they worked beautifully. I greased the pans with some vegetable oil and my croutons slipped out with ease. I probably won't need more than the 3 pans I bought…

Great all purpose sandwich bread

I bought this pan because regular bread pans were small and I needed to use multiple pans to bake bread for my family that would take a few days. I liked that this pan is over 2 inches taller than most regular pans. It's quite durable and the bread comes off pretty easily. The length is great. One such bread lasted my family for almost a week. The only drawback, and that's just personal preference, is the width, the discs are too narrow for us. 4 inches sounds like enough, but compared to…

The Proof is in the Bread

I bought this for two main reasons. First, I needed a pan that was long enough so that I could bake the bread in a shallower pan, but still be able to fully rise the bread before baking. Shorter pots often resulted in overflows when rising/cooking with the same amount of ingredients used. This way I can cut the bread to a normal size and not too big. The second reason I bought this is that all the positive reviews about the non-stick coating don't go away and the excellent durability of the…
