Description of πŸ”’ Premium 8"x12" Zipper Quart Bags - Clear Front with Black Back - Pack of 50

Not for handheld sealers. These bags can be sealed with a standard vacuum sealer, then opened at the top and resealed with the zipper over and over again. Make your products stand out in these black back and clear front bags; Perfect for display; Flip them over to protect the contents from harmful light. The easy tear notch above the zipper makes them a breeze to open and reseal with a tabletop vacuum sealer. Can be used in the microwave, for sous vide cooking and is washable; Great for food or anything you need to store and reseal.

Good product for Special Household Appliances

Very happy with this purchase. I plan to buy more of these. They are very well done. I use these jerky bags and they suit my use very well.

Cons

Cost and Shelf Life

I've taken to using these bags for my beef jerky business. They're inexpensive and seem to be a lot stiffer than the brand I've been using. Very satisfied.

Pros
  • Vacuum Pack Bags
Cons
  • Negative Gift

Don't Hold Seal - Kitchen and Dining

4 of 11 packages of 5 ounce jerky didn't hold a seal. Edit: Changed from 1 star to 4 stars and added more pictures. I was able to finish the rest of the bags without a single mistake. I'm still not entirely sure what happened to the first 4 bags that failed. My only guess is that since they were at the top of the stack, they may have gotten small holes in the packaging.

Pros
  • Kitchen and Dining
Cons
  • Update Availability

Small appliances won't seal

4 of 11 bags could not be sealed with 5 ounce beef jerky. Edit: Changed from 1 star to 4 stars and added more photos. I was able to finish the rest of the bags without a single mistake. I'm still not entirely sure what happened to the first 4 bags that failed. My only guess is that since they were at the top of the stack, they may have gotten small holes in the packaging.

Pros
  • Notch above zipper makes it easier to open and seal with table top vacuum sealer
Cons
  • No mold required

Very attractive in a vacuum bag

Love the professional look. But it's a bit harder to reliably connect transparent and black. Any small amount of residue between the layers will cause a sticking problem, unlike fully transparent bags they seem to offer excellent adhesion even with small residues. But still I learned to seal 2-3 times and earned it. Like I said, I like the professional look.

Pros
  • Suitable for microwave, sous vide, washable; Great for groceries or anything you need to store and seal
Cons
  • Some trouble
