Saw this online. Read the reviews and give it a try! Soak your feet in hot Epsom salt water for 15 minutes. Put a plastic bag on your feet for 90 minutes. I used 1 sticker on each pocket to close them on my feet and put socks on my ankles to keep the gel in the foot pockets and ditched them to keep me from slipping while walking.
