I like these shoes because they are easy to put on. The heel strap works well. The outsole offers great traction and won't get tangled in a huge pile of mown grass and lawn. When I went off the track, the sole was as clean as it was at the beginning. You look great too.

I ordered 8.5 wide in two colors (2 pairs) back and gray through the closet to try on. The gray was at least 1/2" taller, although both have the same size tags. So I think it's just a question of quality. I left the black which fits well and is comfortable and brought back the gray. So beware of sizing issues.

I've been trying to find the X-Wide (6-ee) in a size 12 for a number of years. Finally, FootJoy offers them in several designs. I have played and run in these shoes several times and have found them very comfortable. It's nice to finally get comfortable and beautifully designed golf shoes. They are not waterproof but are very light and dry quickly after playing.

I got this shoe after many reviews. Some people have claimed that the FJ shoes are not waterproof as they claimed. I can tell you my first ride was after an inch of rain so there was a lot of water and mud and my feet stayed dry for 18 holes. The shoes are also very comfortable, offer good traction due to the lack of traditional cleats and perhaps best of all, they are easy to clean for white-soled shoes.

to clarify my problem. It turns out that the "table" of joystick sizes is correct when comparing heel and toe sizes. which I'd like, but if you're like me, and go "I'm from UK 9" (which I've been for 35 years). They go full size. Unfortunately I have to try to add insoles. stupid misstake! Original: Good. Well I love the design and Footjoy has always been my go-to for gold shoes and comfort. "But your normal size doesn't fit when you compare US size to UK size. I am and always will be a UK size
