Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice with paper straws, I can confidently say that these biodegradable straws did not meet my expectations. The paper was flimsy and the straws easily collapsed in liquids, leaving me with a frustrating drinking experience. The only pro was the fact that they were biodegradable, but even that is not enough to make up for the poor quality.

I didn't know it was paper when I ordered it. I started using them anyway as I didn't feel like returning them. I liked the length but that's about it. The paper straw made my lips stick to it because it's so dry. After a few days of use, my upper lip appeared to be chapped and my skin was a little cracked. Maybe I'll find something else with the hundreds I have left :/

The straws themselves are good. Now I'm not the type to ever complain about the packaging as it's from Revain but it was absolutely disgusting! Straws are issued and shipped in the same box they were shipped in, where they could be contaminated and who knows what else. It would be easy to just wrap the straws in plastic wrap. Or is it the standard for "green" straws? Just because I want paper straws doesn't mean I'm a complete psychopath who drinks from my hand when I go out to avoid disposable
