Super lock although you need an ECU retune to disable VVT tuning and change timing and injection tables to not compensate for VVT. The check engine stays enabled all the time, and if you don't disable vvt, you'll have more problems over time.

The advantage is that they fit as advertised, the only disadvantage is that you have to do it at all. The "total" installation time is about eight hours. If you are interested in the timing chain business, just get them. 2 weeks after I did mine the 5.4 started playing again. Spend the extra $ to save yourself trouble later.
