The springs in my old one broke and were no longer holding the mug. Delivered very quickly, everything fitted perfectly, old one removed and new one put on in 10 minutes. Fits in my water bottle and doesn't spill.

Ford is a terrible company with some really marginal products. My advice is never to fix your cup holder but to curse the name of Henry and his descendants every time you get in your truck with a drink and there's nowhere to go. However, if you do decide to replace your broken cup holder, this will do, nice and slick; smooth

As you can see from the photo we are very happy with the new cup holder. The old one lost traction and we got tired of reaching for the drink container in corners. This new one works great and the color is perfect. It came earlier than expected, thanks! in time for the special occasion of the recipients.

Purchased to replace a worn block in my 1999 Ford F250 XL SD. After I removed the 4 screws the new block went straight into the slot and fitted perfectly. The top 2 screws were the hardest to remove (I used an 8mm wrench) which made it easier but not that easy lol. But I am very happy with this purchase and this device is durable and has the best built in mount.

Item is fine and what I needed was fairly easy installation. My problem is that it is the wrong color and nowhere in the description was the color described and nowhere during the ordering process was there an option to choose a color. I assumed it was gray (the color I needed) because that's what I was looking for and this one was at the top of the search. I have a time limit and no time to send it back and get the right color.

There were no problems with the color, they match perfectly. It obviously has 2 screws in the front, but you can't see the 2 vertical screws holding the cup holder frame to the car. To access them, you'll need to remove the bag holder or ashtray underneath and pull out the cup holder to access the internal screws. You can't see or reach them when the cup holder is in, it closes them.

Replaced factory cup holder on 2000 Ford Excursion with brown interior. This dashboard has a darker shade around the stereo, AC controls etc. This cup holder does not match this colour. This drink holder is much lighter. I liked the old original cup holder my truck came with, but couldn't find a new one for sale.
