I've been using this product in combination with the low pH cleansing gel for about a week and not only have I noticed that my skin was noticeably better, I've had compliments on my now glowing skin. I have acne prone combination skin and this is my new product.

I registered my device on their website as soon as I received the product under warranty. After mine broke I filed a warranty claim on their website on 9/12/2018 and received an automated email saying they would get back to me within 2 days. I like it! It works very well and keeps my skin exceptionally clean. It exfoliates very gently and although I only use it once a day, it doesn't irritate. My only complaint is that the rounded edge has a hard time getting into tighter areas on my face, e.g. B. around my nose.

I received my order today (Saturday 11/11/2018) and was so excited. I charged this "Foreo Luna mini 2 Blue Facial Cleansing Brush" for 5 hours. And today before bed I wanted to use this and. I CAN'T GET THIS WORKING! The instructions don't clearly explain why this doesn't work. So I just spent $139 on a product that doesn't work! I'm so sad! I hope to get some information from the Foreo team soon. Or. I want to send it back!
