Disappointing Results from Industrial Drill Bits

According to my experience, these drill bits are not as durable as expected for an industrial and scientific product. While they have a solid build, they did not hold up well after continuous use and became dull quickly. The one pro is that they are affordable for a pack of ten, but the con is that they are not effective for long-term use. I recommend looking for other options in the cutting tools category.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • May strip easily if over-tightened

CONTRACTORS DREAM Twist Drill

I use them daily. They are very durable and almost never slip. So far, unlike other brands (Dewalt and Bosch), none have broken. I highly recommend. Especially for the price.

Pros
  • Torque Tested
Cons
  • Something else

#2 Philips bit 3 inches long.

Pretty decent bits that work properly and hold up well. Strong enough but not too hard or brittle. I use them in my Bosch screwdriver to drill 1/4" holes in drywall for wall anchors and even countersink for a screw head in hardwoods and then drive screws the same way. one piece.

Pros
  • Power bits for use in a drill
Cons
  • Doubtful
