later Let me first say that I don't use them for traditional purposes. I was looking for a clip to attach a garbage bag to a large garbage can. I'm tired of tying a knot in my bag. These work perfectly. I use 3 of these and the pack never falls in the jar.

I was looking for a clip for my pool cover to keep the wind from getting underneath and loosening my sun cover to keep the water from rising and falling in the winter! These clips are the best! They are solid and attach to the outside edge of my above ground pool! There were already 3 Nor'easter and they didn't move! I'm excited!

This is exactly what I wanted. I had a flimsy overhead pool cover and needed a way to keep this suction cup from exploding. I used some zip ties to create a loop around the supports supporting the pool and used these bad boys to secure the tarp. They are easy to use and hold tight. I would highly recommend them for any tarp application.

During this time of the pandemic, our church needs to meet outside. It is good that we have a huge veranda that can accommodate a large number of people wishing to meet in person, safely respecting health protocols. Those who are uncomfortable can stay at home and connect to the internet. These tent clips are really strong. They held our tarp very well, whether you tie it to hooks or tie it with elastic cords, they hold it in place. No more wind problems: rain or shine. Highly recommended.

5 stars for my use I used this to hang a heavy blanket at the bottom of the stairs (climbing at the top ) on the 2nd floor so that the heat is evenly distributed over the lower (1st) floor, otherwise the heat goes ALL to the top - the heat rises. I bought screw hooks that were too small - but I had others. I ended up only using 2, although I was lucky. Not sure if 1" or 1" + 1/2 hook will fit. Next time I would just go with 1 and 1/2 inch, they should fit in and around the plastic. Thank you…

They are great, they do what they are supposed to. My only complaint is that they don't open as far as I would like and the way you turn the screw to tighten them is weird. If you turn it too far, it will return to the open position. I really wanted to crank them hard, but I couldn't because of that. I bought a huge double awning for our car. Summers in Southern California are hot and getting into a car is very uncomfortable. The shading fixture had grommets but I still felt I needed to attach the shading fabric more securely to the frame as we experience strong Santa Claus winds.
