Outstanding quality and reliability. The addition of this cable over the replacement is significant. The subwoofer sounds fantastic with it. I used to use an Au-TP cable for both RCA outputs since that was offered as an option, but this splitter works much better. The hissing and humming is gone!

Great quality but a little loose. Could have been cozier UPDATE 2-11-2020 : I have these 5 months and they keep falling out of the amp and are incredibly annoying. I'm afraid they will cause problems with my speakers if they fall out. Don't buy them if they don't fix the loosening problem.

I recently purchased a SEGA MASTER SYSTEM but the sound only goes through one speaker as an audio cable was made for this system. . I bought this splitter to power both speakers and it worked great. The plugs went into the receiver very smoothly and the connection was flawless. It seems to be made of durable material, will definitely consider fospower again in the future.

I bought two sets of these units. In one set, the connectors are too loose to properly support their connection to my amp. This means that after my amp has been running for a few hours, the heat will cause the connector to expand and then arc, tripping my amp's circuit protection. Forks are designed so that they cannot be inserted into a crimping machine to reduce the radius of the fork without damaging it.

What to say about the Y adapter? I have four and use them to split a subwoofer output into two subwoofer inputs. (Electrically it doesn't make sense, but it's aesthetically pleasing.) They're sturdy and show no signs of wear or broken connections. The connectors are secure and easy to insert/remove. You could do a lot worse than them.

I ordered this Y-Adaptor to replace a damaged solid metal RCA Y-Adaptor that was installed on one of my subwoofers. It actually looked more like a "T" than a Y like this one. I like it more because the cable is flexible and not as prone to external damage as the original carbide adapter.
