Leaks Everywhere, Major Disappointment

The Four Seasons 85180 Water Outlet is a prime example of subpar Automotive replacement parts. The only pro to this product is that it fits the specified engine, but other than that, it is an absolute disappointment. The outlet consistently leaks and causes overheating issues, leading to a potentially dangerous situation on the road. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle and look elsewhere for a better quality replacement part.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting construction
Cons
  • Difficult to install without prior experience or knowledge

It flows like crazy. Water Outlet Thermostat

Gasket surface had deep grooves and could leak, spent 2 hours sanding and polishing the surface to ensure a good seal. You get what you pay for.

Cons
  • Will not fit all

fits my 04 Wrangler TJ 4.0 liter just like the old one. The OEM plastic breaks, so replace it when you replace the thermostat if you still have the plastic
