Oh my god, this stuff stinks! I have been using Framesi Color Lover Moisture Rich Shampoo and Conditioner for many years. That smell alone made me repackage it to come back. Smells rancid, like Aphogee Barf Protein Smelling (but effective!) processing mixed with tainted perfume. I must feel bad if I don't even try. Damn.

I recently bought the shampoo and mask. The mask really has a strange smell, an unpleasant smell. I liked the shampoo but the pump for the mask doesn't work. I thought it was just my bottle broken but many other reviews mentioned the same issue. The company must fix the problem or refund the customer's money.

I have been using this product for about 4 years now and the consistency is usually a lot thicker than this shipment I received it. I can only imagine that this is probably an older batch that has been sitting for some time or has been stored at a temperature it shouldn't be.

I bought this because the manufacturer said on their website that it was a replacement for their Biogenol Ultra Deep Masque which I have been using for over 15 years. It is not! I don't dye my hair but it's curly so it tends to get dry. I used their old product about once a month when my hair needed moisture. I bought it and used it as always and it made my hair frizzy. Why do companies stop making products and replace them with crap to pass off as the original? I wouldn't recommend this and…

I don't know if framesi changed the formula but it smells so awful I can't use it. Very disappointed as I have used this before and loved it. Won't be using it again.

I love this product, it gives my hair more depth and pops of color. Cons: smells bad, the product is so thick that the pump doesn't work. I broke one trying to get it out of the pump. Pain when unscrewing also in the shower.

Great product! I can use it every day and my hair doesn't look heavy. It's definitely a deep conditioner, but it doesn't add weight. I have a lot of hair but it's not coarse so I need something to control frizz but not leave my hair waxy like some conditioners. This is especially great after using a clarifying shampoo! And the price on Amazon is great!
