Don't waste money on it.

It was a little hard to put together. The directions weren't very clear. After using it for more than a month, I found that the tension in the middle is not very good. Very annoying to say the least. I continue to adjust as directed, but still don't feel any tension in the middle. For the needs of my project I have not used this product and have ordered other items that I know will work for me. spend your money on it. This breaks my heart. And not worth your trouble.

Pros
  • Not recommended for thicker fabrics such as burlap.
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

I love this frame! suitable for sewing

The wood is not as hard as I would like but overall this product is great! The instructions could be a little clearer with a list and picture of each part, but it only took me a minute to figure out what each part is. regular pain. They wrinkle the fabric and seams. I like this because I can have most of my project in one space without having to reconfigure as often. I am one of the very satisfied customers.

Pros
  • Ideal for use in your favorite armchair, sofa, bed, table or car
Cons
  • faded

Lightweight, adjustable, good value for money

I think this would be great for the tambour beads I'm working on (beginner). I love that it's adjustable, easy to move around (because I don't like working in one place), and strong enough for what it is and what I use it for. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because one of my dowels is slightly deformed/kinked. I can keep it straight by tightening the center pieces at the end, but then I can't rotate, so I felt it was right to deduct a star for that if it's a problem for someone else.

Pros
  • frame
Cons
  • unreliable

Great stand. Allows other rectangular fabric frames to be used.

Beautiful stand. Allows my wife to cross stitch in bed and on the kitchen table. When I bought it, I didn't notice one of the best features. Several different rectangular stretcher bars can be placed between the vertical legs of the stand. I bought a frame with a different cloth mounting system and much stiffer casters (Edmunds HC-CS Handi Clamp Complete Frame Set) and it has center holes on each side, that's all it needs. So now she has two or three projects on frames and changes them as herโ€ฆ

Pros
  • crafts and sewing
Cons
  • old

Functional but not profitable.

Product does what it was designed to do - includes sewing materials for hands-free access to the project. I've noticed that there are a lot of negative reviews about this product and I can't help but point out several reasons that may affect these reviews: - The frame is made of fairly light wood, and some of the holes (for mounting screws ) are partially or fully covered - for incomplete drilling) - the assembly instructions are fairly minimal and rely on prior knowledge or a photo of theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Quilting
Cons
  • Long delivery time
