This would be perfect but runs small. I ordered a medium and it fit like a small. I give it to my friend's daughter, she is size 4.

Perfect for my daughter's dance class. They need a detachable skirt so they can go from ballet to hip hop and that works great. Has been washed a few times now and is holding up great.

This item was purchased specifically for a skirt for my daughter in ballet class. She must wear a bathing suit of a specific color, but she can choose a skirt. The swimsuit fits her perfectly which is true to size for her age. It took a while to get to my house but it was definitely worth the wait for the price and the variety you can choose from.
