No attachment for hunting and fishing

Suitable for protection but no way to attach a strap to the Wahoo ELEMNT. I had to cut a hole in the rubber boot to attach the lanyard to the rubber boot.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

False advertising: Elemnt

On the photo and in the post you can see that the lanyard goes under the cover of the USB charging port. As you can see from the picture there is absolutely no way to attach a lanyard to the Elemnt.

Pros
  • does not have a lanyard attachment. Sturdy workmanship
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Anti-dust clothing leaves yellow dust particles on the screen.

Anti-dust clothing leaves yellow dust particles on screen protectors do not stick to corners I have never had this problem with my Garmin and my phone. This rating only refers to 3 included screen protectors.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Better than nothing?

Every GPS device needs a cable. The problem is that this cable attaches to your Wahoo in a rather tricky way. Teather is too short and doesn't work with thicker handlebars. Screen protectors are useless if they don't have bubbles, but they still work visually because Wahoo has a high-resolution screen.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons

The tip doesn't help much.

The cord thread runs under the charge port cover, although this appears to compromise the integrity of the water resistance. It doesn't seem like the best option either, as it could actually rip off the silicone cover on any impact, causing the device to eject. The main unit lid itself seems a bit loose and I couldn't attach the screen protector without leaving air pockets underneath. The lid seems to offer some protection, apart from being a bit disappointing.

Pros
  • Ease of use
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide
