Great tool that brings efficiency & teamwork

I like how easy it was for me as an owner/operator to use when we first started using this system! We were able to work together with our dispatchers in order to come up with solutions without having them call us at home or even pick their heads off (lol). There are still some things about freightpath i don't think there's anything wrong per say but just something different than what other companies have out now such as being more user friendly. Pros
  • Easy accessability, you can pull most any data that needs pulling
  • The software is relatively simple compared too many others.
  • Allows users who do not need technical training allot easier time managing load routes
  • Can provide dispatch support if needed through phone calls etc; no matter whats going thru your mind they'll put those thoughts down so anyone else would understand better..or vice versa!! :)

Great system and even better support!!!

The most important thing about this program is how easy it is for us as dispatchers to use. We are able to customize our screen so we can see all aspects of each truck coming in from an individual driver's point of view. This is great because we are not just seeing their route but also if there was any issues with them or their equipment while out loading/unloading at our facility. I wish that when I log into my account that sometimes it would be quicker to load the page than to have to type in

  • It allows me quick access without being bogged down by unnecessary steps required through other programs, such As CTS GPS Tracking Software etc
