Turns out very big. My son, normal + tall for his age, wears a size 5/6. I had to order them at 4 and they are still quite large. I got a +3 on every side of the label it sends to me.

These shorts were exactly what my 11 year old was looking for. We were very happy that we found them and at first they fit perfectly. However, they shrunk in the dryer. I asked if I could exchange them and as they have been washed they cannot be returned or exchanged. So be careful and order one size up or don't dry it. Otherwise an excellent product.

These shorts are perfect for active boys, the material is durable yet so airy and comfortable. Are they almost like professional golf shorts or boaters? Loved my 7 year old son. The color is rich and has not faded like other uniform shorts. I will buy again next year when my son grows up.

We can only recommend these shorts! We have three sons in a private school and they wear navy blue shorts and trousers year round. I originally bought these shorts for my oldest son from Costco last year and he fell in love with their comfort! I came back this year and they were sold out at Costco so we went to Best Buy and bought 8 more pairs so 3 boys could get through the short school season! Still looking forward to the release of the size 10.

I bought these to replace my sons with Nike school shorts. Cheaper, same quality! I absolutely love them BUT they are a bit small. He is 13 years old, very thin, but wears size 14-16. Resistant to stains and wrinkles. Love her!

These shorts are a must if you have kids! They are easy to wash, do not wrinkle, are lightweight. I've had these in heavy rotation for my kids' school uniforms and they're holding up well.

My son will only wear these because they are like dry stuff. I like that the waist is adjustable so they can fit it for a while. They wash and dry well and don't wrinkle!

They are perfect for kids who don't like buttons. My son loves them because of the material. I love them because they don't need to be ironed and they look great. Win, win!

My daughter LOVES these shorts, will never wear anything else to school again. They are light, elastic enough, very comfortable, wash and dry perfectly, they do not need ironing.

Excellent and versatile shorts. Both of my boys wore them under their private school uniforms as well as under the nicer shorts. My only son has sensory sensitivities and they are perfect. They are also easy to wash.
