Freud Flush Shank 44 100 Bearing Review

I have a router and table with this router for end-to-end edgebanding of 3/4 inch birch plywood. Made a few thousand linear feet and it's still perfect. Glue will build up behind the strip (any piece will do). I keep a toothbrush and a small jar of acetone under my desk to clean the piece once a week.

I recently built some tool cabinets for my shop. All doors are made of plywood edged with poplar to cover the edge. I cut the edge of the poplar slightly wider than the plywood so it can be trimmed flush. This Freud 3-Cut Bit did a fantastic job! It cut through about 80 feet of cottonwood with ease, leaving a very smooth finish.
