Adjust groove width to suit different panel thicknesses for rattle free plywood panels or solid wood raised panels. Choose from a variety of material thicknesses (5/8 to 1-1/4"). Add an optional cutter to your its to create glass panel or screen doors. Add optional cutters to create double sided profiles in thicker stock material.

Excellent product - cutter

Made my first door. It came out perfect. The instructions are good. A two-page manual detailing the process is available on Freud's website. Very high quality cutters. My Portercable router had no issues handling router bits.

The quality is excellent but be careful with the seller.

This seller sent me a used cutting machine in a package and price new. The paint was scuffed and some of the carbide blades were chipped, so I could easily tell they had been used. I had to use the bits in a hurry so it was impossible to return the item. The beats themselves are well made and work well.

Produces very stable, sharp, smooth profiles - very accurate.

I bought this adjustable cutting set for making wood joints in oak joists and floorboards; These bits create fantastic hairline joints, even in oak, without chipping or breaking. Like all Freud cutters, they work flawlessly! I am very happy with the quality and performance of these bits.
