Freud's Quadra Cut fragments are simply amazing.

I started buying Quadra Cut bits for all my bits while they last. For those who have trouble making more passes than usual, make sure your springboards are snug on the sides and top. At slower speeds this can cause a 'slap' effect, so make sure all spring boards are tight and properly adjusted. Sometimes I use a very thin 4th pass and it helps avoid sanding, especially with maple.

"A little " dangerous for router parts and accessories

I couldn't wait to finally use this expensive accessory that has been in my raised control panel kit for years. I followed all the rules. I bought a high end router table and installed a 2 1/2 HP variable speed router as recommended. It took about 12 passes to safely complete a profile on one edge of a 10 inch piece of poplar.
