Very good buy but a bit too big. not this one. Luckily the drawstring helps a lot (although I like the wide ones). I'm a 5.9 guy, 180lbs, 34-36W. So if you are about my weight and average waist size.

I particularly liked the wide belt, which does not constrict the waist and feels much more comfortable with some items of clothing than the narrower belts. Nice soft fabric and light. I ended up ordering another one.
