We were impressed with their knowledge and ability to implement our needs. Their customer service was excellent and their ability to understand our business was impressive. They have implemented many different types of programs for us such as lead management, appointment setting, marketing campaign creation and CRM integration.   • They understood what we needed and provided solutions quickly.
  • They provide a great level of customer service and always return calls within minutes of being received.
Cons
  • They don't have the best reputation online, although I'm sure that is not true of their company.
  • This could have been avoided if FusionZone had communicated with us sooner about the issue.

Working with Daniel was great! He helped us setup our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and optimize them.

He made sure that we were using the right platforms to get our message across. He was extremely responsive to any questions and had great suggestions about how to best promote ourselves.
