The band measures and fits as stated on the 3M website however this band is not suitable for active exercise other than perhaps cycling where there is not much lateral movement. Traffic. Love it, it works great! I've been using this brand for many, many years. I particularly like the additional knee pads. I personally don't like the adjustable straps, they give the knee pad a chunky look. They used to make knee pads that didn't have adjustable straps, they worked great and eliminated the bulkiness. I hope they return them. Otherwise it's great!

i spit angry. The box was opened and ripped open, the first sign that there was a problem. I took the bracelet out of the box and it was clearly worn. The bodice was twisted and one of the straps was torn. The suspension stretched a bit. With COVID in particular, there is absolutely no excuse for sending a used, damaged item as new if that item is to be worn and is health related. Unforgivable.

This is an excellent knee brace for mild to moderate knee problems. Luckily I've recovered from serious knee problems. This brace is light and I use it during training so I don't get injured again. You just put it on and tighten the 2 adjustable straps (top and bottom). This is perfect for my needs.
