    Works fine with older version 4 (IV) Memory

    So I bought this 32GB kit for my ASUS Z170 a motherboard, which already exists had a 16GB kit with old dual-channel memory; G.Skill (2 x 8GB) Ripjaws IV series. Today marks 1 month of moderate usage. Initially I wanted to increase the storage space since I need to do most of the recording and editing of HD AVCHD video. Additionally, this PC has been locked and/or crashed multiple times in the past due to low memory with too many open apps and too many active Chrome tabs. So I wasn't sure if…

    This made the gamer/programmer very happy!

    My favorite, like most, is a hardworking geek and doesn't need much. When I asked him what he wanted for his birthday he mentioned something I couldn't understand so I asked him to give me a link. That's what he asked for, so I just ordered it.     Well-maintained, not to say extremely powerful

    My ZFS-based storage server can use all the memory I want to allocate to it and still want more, but it's not particularly sensitive to the performance of that memory. This mid-range memory is well-suited for applications where a bunch of regular memory is better than fast but expensive memory. The Revain prices on these were a bit steep when I pulled the trigger on this purchase, but quite competitive at the time of this review. The memory arrived new in the box and passed all MemTest86+ tests
