Great machine for everything and I had high hopes for it. I sent it back because mine may have been defective. They opened the brew group compartment to clean it and there was always a lot of dry coffee grounds in there that never made it into the puck compartment. I'm not sure if there was a problem with this particular brew group.

Honestly, this is the best investment I've made this year (technically 2020, but I've spent a few months making sure everything really is as great as it looks). The espresso is consistently great. This is an impressive machine. Easy to set up, easy to use and great espresso. Separate easily programmable settings for me and my wife so everyone can have their personal favorite size, temperature and intensity without having to change settings back and forth. One button for her and one for me. And as the product literature claims, it's super-automatic.

Makes a great cup of coffee. I found it difficult to insert and remove the milk container for myself. In addition, the water tank can only be touched on one side to remove it, which can become a problem in the future due to the stress on the plastic. But the coffee results are fantastic. A cappucino that is the best I've ever had. 2) Ease of use. Friendly menu, low maintenance machine. A far cry from my old wand machine.
