I love Italian black coffee

Quite often I get buyer regrets after a major purchase. But not at this point. Best buy in a long time. As long as it continues to work properly, I'm very happy, or should I say "we". A good half didn't want me to spend money, but now you can't take it away from them.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

Great coffee good price

This is the perfect espresso machine for me and my wife. We only use it 4 or 5 times a day, but it's very easy to clean, easy to use, you can adjust the water temperature, use ground coffee, adjust the grind, that's all we need. The coffee is really tasty, as is the fact that I get into an expensive car in my office. Very happy with my purchase.

Pros
  • GOLS certificate
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Great machine among fully automatic espresso machines

We borrowed a Saeco Giro from a friend for about a month and became addicted to super automatic. This one is comparable but so well designed. Besides side access to the brew group, everything else can be serviced from the front. The water pan collects water from the entire unit into one pan. Very smart design. Great coffee. There are machines that can do more, but this one works great.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Broken

Good machine in kitchen and dining room

Works well except for fat beans. Fatter grains cause a "no coffee" condition as they stick together and take longer to fall off and grind. In this case, the machine grinds almost a full load, but then, with no running water, throws away the load of coffee – very wasteful! If you like oily dark roasts (like me!), you can pat them dry with paper towels before booking them. Bunker. Otherwise really good coffee and a great car.

  • Complete set

Modern look, nice finish

Bought to replace a Gaggia Platinum Vision that stopped working after 10 years. There are more plastic parts here, but I think that goes for everything made in the last few years. I set the grind to the finest and get the deepest flavor and most intense aroma. Rather quiet. Strangely, there is no off switch, so the machine remains idle with a flashing red light. So I bought this little power switch. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083CQF18N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1…

The absolute best espresso/cap maker

I loved everything about this machine. It's easy to use, makes great drinks, cleans itself, no need to wash baskets every time you make a drink. You can brew one drink at a time, so you can enjoy a drink with a friend without delay. I ordered a Breville car because it "looked so great," but it wasn't at all. It heats poorly, grinds well, steams well and needs constant cleaning. It was impossible to brew consecutive drinks without first cleaning the entire machine and then moving on to brewing…

  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Almost never

Sent Anima back and ordered this one!

Return Anima for it as it has front water loading and washing removal. Simplified loading of the beans and more options in the grinder. The water pan is smaller but easier to empty compared to the Anima, which has a bin attached for washing machine removal. It has a small area for cups at the top. The same brewing unit, so that all dialing attempts were not in vain. A filter was included and as it's from Whole Latta it comes with an automatic 2 year guarantee. I almost kept the anima but the…

No regrets - long-time fan (customer)

Was a gift for Father's Day. These are easily the best fully automatic coffee/espresso/cappuccino machines on the market, we personally have had 3 in the last 20 years, convinced friends to get one, my sister and now my dad. Easy to use, makes great coffee and after using it you won't want to spend money at Starbucks or other coffee shops for expensive coffee. The car pays off, friends come over for coffee, not me lol. Unfortunately I have an old model so I have to wait until I get a new model…

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive

So much wasted coffee

I have had fully automatic espresso machines before and have never had a problem with this machine. After some time and using the same coffee beans I have used on other fully automatic coffee makers, the machine kept telling me it was not ground even though I watched them being ground and they would be in the hopper after the cycle . I ended up complaining and they gave me a phone number to speak to Gaggia. Gaggia sent me a video of the cleaning and told me. In principle, you can only use one…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
