With this being a pretty small USB fan, I didn't expect too much out of it. Still, I figured, it'd be nice to keep at my desk for when I need to cool off or just want some noise. I'm very pleasantly surprised to say this has some kick to it! The lowest setting is quiet and soft, but the strongest is actually pretty powerful and gives off some nice little white noise sound. I'm impressed with how compact this is and how well it works.
