I had to order cases for these mugs as they felt really warm so they aren't that insulated but they look good and they came with stirrers, lids and napkins themselves if I had to buy cases, it was still very valuable to my business.

Oh my god I don't know why I didn't find out about it the first time. I bought these mugs exclusively for commuting to work. Tucked into a cup holder on day one; When it was lifted the lid came off and hot coffee spilled all over my clothes and car. Since I'm often on autopilot, every time after taking this mug to the car, the lid came off and the coffee spilled. The mug is fine, it holds liquid without leaking when held upright and the slits on the side prevent even the hottest drinks from hurting your hands. However, I find that lids are completely useless 75% of the time. I think I've spilled more coffee on myself from these cups than in the rest of my life combined. I think I could open the lid of my mug with a piping brush. I just don't trust them to drink with the lid on anymore, now I just use them without the lid.
