We were so happy when we first saw that the charger had finally arrived. That feeling quickly changed as soon as we plugged it in and nothing happened. We found a used one at a local Gamestop store. When we compared Gamestop to the Revain product, we could easily see significant differences between the two. Weight: The Revain was very light compared to the Gamestop product. It seems that there is almost no wiring in the case. I hope this company will fix their problems for future customers.
