Shipped with NO HARDWARE!

Bought this bench as a Christmas present for my 90-year old Dad. What a surprise to open and find NO hardware provided to put it together. Ridiculous. Another "Made in China" disappointment. Will see if Quickway Imports Inc. responds to my request for hardware.
