Excellent mounting accessory for marine electronics

This mounting accessory is a great addition to my marine electronics setup. As my tests showed, the mount is incredibly sturdy and securely holds my fishfinder in place even when the boat is moving at high speeds .The adjustable feature allows me to find the perfect viewing angle, while the compact design saves valuable console space. The only downside is that it may require some drilling to install. Overall I highly recommend this product to any boat owner..

Be absolutely sure this is the one you need.

I bought this by searching "garmin 74sv mount". Someone may fit with that model number, but not me. Mine is two years old, smaller and usually has different pin assignments. Make sure the connections on the back match the original exactly. The one I needed was almost double the price. I'm disappointed in Garmin because of the short lifespan of the connections in the multi-clamp that connects the yoke to the chartplotter. In less than a season of careful use, the outlet failed.
