My wife and I are active runners and we had a Garmin 35 watch. We upgraded to the 235 model for the extra features and we really like it. For my wife's birthday I gave her a Star Wars ray, she is very funny. Unfortunately she has to charge her watch daily, the touchscreen often freezes and doesn't show how much time you have to recover from a run. It's not a problem if you're not a runner, but if you're looking to upgrade or replace your running watch I wouldn't recommend it.

Essentially a Star Wars branded VivoFit3 but for all the extra money spent on branding for Star Wars fans it's worth the money. It tracks everything, swim, heart rate and more, just like a traditional Garmin watch, but the added animation makes it even more fun than before. I love that the included app is much more fine-tuned than the one I've used with my Samsung Fit before, and I like the fact that it records everything down to the letter T. Great watch in terms of features and compatibility with mobile devices. I will say that the watch faces themselves are difficult to read as the graphics font is small and the quality of the graphics is not comparable to what I have seen in the Samsung or Apple Watch lines for the same price. The charging component on the watch itself is defective. Some plastic part broke off. I bought three chargers because I travel a lot. None of the 4 chargers will connect to the watch, so it will not charge.

My Garmin watch has not been working properly since the day I received it. I was unable to pair the watch and spent several hours working with Garmin Support via email and phone to manually add the watch to the Garmin Connect app. I was finally able to see the info from the watch in the app on my phone for fitness tracking analysis etc, but couldn't get notifications from my phone on the watch - the watch was only paired with the app, never mine Phone. I love my Rey watch. I am a small petite woman 5ft 2in with tiny bones and a small wrist and this watch is not big for me it is great for a sports watch most look awful but this watch is actually nice to wear become clothes (with change wheel or not). I didn't think I would like the Star Wars screen, but it turned out to be my favorite. And additional Rei features and symbols too. I really like the target screens. I have also used vivosmart HR in the past.
