The part that housed the GPS module was the wrong size but I needed a suction part so I was able to remove that part and attach the correct one to the suction part and use it it.

My old speaker mount stopped working for some reason and didn't want to verbally address me with instructions etc but once I got this problem it was solved. I am very pleased to hear the directional voice coming out of the speaker mount to guide me.

I dropped my GPS and broke the small plastic tab on top of the charger. I thought I would have to buy a new GPS. This gave me that exact part as the base of the suction cup separates from the charging part. It worked wonderfully. The comments on this item convinced me to take a chance and buy it. Thank you.

I bought this to have an extra travel mount along with the dash base. I don't use suction cups. However, I was glad that the speaker on the back of this clip is significantly better than the one in the clip that came with my nuvi 3790. One visible difference is that the speaker in this product has a chrome surround, but the sound comes out louder and clearer than with the stock clip. The GPS mount attaches to the sphere by protruding from the suction cup with 4 plastic tabs holding the sphere.
