The only issue I had was that the TV case can be painful to fit but that is the nature of the animal. It's fabric, so getting the opening over a 43-inch TV can be tricky at times. We use this sleeve for our 42" TV which is outside under a 30ft x 10ft covered patio. The TV sits on a shelf in the middle of a 30-foot wall, so it's not exposed to direct rain.
