I've never had a hair problem in my life. I've used a few different shampoos, both expensive and cheap. It destroyed my hair. It was a nightmare. After using it, my hair felt like it was coated in wax. Even right after I washed my hair, it looked and felt greasy. I bought a shampoo on January 29th and received it the next day. It was very reliable. I used it today and the smell is so amazing. Made my hair beautiful. But the second wash I had wax build up and clumps of hair fell out. I mean 1/4 inch. I've never had this before. I do not recommend this. I would give it no stars if I could.

As others have written, this shampoo does not rinse out well. I can usually "squeak" on my hair while rinsing to let me know I've run out of shampoo, but with this product, my hair never squeaks! It still looks soapy after rinsing and double rinsing. I even tried to rinse a bit in the sink after showering and found more and more soap residue afterwards. love it! I use the product on my hair because it is thick. So I use hairspray, dry shampoo. Is working. Since my hair is thick I like a very moisturizing conditioner and because of all these products I like a shampoo that (not in a bad way) removes all the dirt from my hair and it does it beautifully. This is one of my favorite drugstore brands.

I bought this shampoo because my hair is colored. One review said she had dyed hair and her hairstylist said she'd never looked better. I colored my hair a week ago and yes the color came out of my hair. I am very, very upset and urge those who use this not to dye their hair.

I love this shampoo! I only use it a few times a week (not every day) instead of my regular shampoo so my hair doesn't get as greasy between washes. It's gentle enough on my hair without leaving it brittle after use and my hair looks a lot less greasy 24 hours after using this shampoo.

I love this shampoo as it is one of the few shampoos that actually leaves my hair clean. Great for fine hair. I've spent a lot of money on expensive high quality shampoos that weigh my hair down. I love this product!
