Description of GASHER Reducing Hex Nipple: 2-Pack Brass Pipe Fittings For 3/8-Inch Male Pipe Connection
MATERIAL: Heavy duty forged brass, thicker, threads are deep and accurate, stronger and durable. SIZE: 3/8'' NPT male x 3/8'' NPT male thread. FUNCTION: 3/8" male x 3/8" male NPT threads equal diameter hex nipple for connecting two female threaded pipes with same diameters. Or Extending the pipe length. Hard-connected, it does not need extra sealing for most situation. FEATURES: Forged brass fittings, corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability. Operating temperatures range from -53 to 121°C (-65 to 250 °F). WIDE APPLICATION: Apply to home plumbing pipes, grease, fuels, natural gas, refrigeration, instrumentation, hydraulic and other applications. Notice: These fittings are not allowed to be installed for potable water use,NPT thread size does not actual diameter, it is only nominal pipe size.
