Description of Gates 21592 Upper Radiator Hose

Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum. Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure. Pre-shaped to fit and to ensure perfectly sealed conditions. EPDM tube; synthetic fiber knit reinforcement; heat-, ozone- and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover. Meets requirements of SAE 20R4, class D2 and DIN 73411, class A (except for tolerances).

Terrible Hose that ruined my engine

This automotive hose was a complete waste of my money... It may have fit properly, but it leaked within a few days of installation and allowed coolant to seep into my engine. The hose material also felt cheap and low quality. The only pro was that it was easy to install. Unfortunately, the cons far outweigh any benefits. i would not trust this brand for any future automotive purchases..

2005 Nissan Titan It worked!

2005 Nissan Titanium. Thermostat for pipes. I had to cut the length as directed. The new hoses seemed a bit thicker than the old ones. Appears to be very good quality.
