Description of Gates 22739 Upper Radiator Hose

Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum. Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure. Pre-shaped to fit and to ensure perfectly sealed conditions. EPDM tube; synthetic fiber knit reinforcement; heat-, ozone- and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover. Meets requirements of SAE 20R4, class D2 and DIN 73411, class A (except for tolerances).

Highly Durable Radiator Hose

This upper radiator hose is an Automotive product that exceeded my expectations. The material is highly durable and can withstand high temperatures. The flexibility of the hose makes it easy to install without causing any damage... However, the PRICE is slightly higher compared to other products in the market. Overall, I am satisfied with the performance of the hose and would recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and long-lasting radiator hose..

The Gates hose fits perfectly!

The Gates hose was very high quality and fit like an OEM. I tried the Dayco top position hose on a 2.2 liter engine but the Dayco was not properly formed and had to be "forced" into position. On the contrary, this Gates hose fits perfectly!
