Don't expect it to last like a factory unit. I wish I had bought it because now I have a cheap part that is very hard to come by!

The teeth on the gear wheel had to be reground a bit because the timing chain was not properly seated on the pump. Didn't try to return it due to waste of time but other than that it was a normal price for a pump.

BIG failure after 190 miles. The water pump teeth came loose and damaged the chain which in turn damaged the guides and tensioner causing timing skipping and possibly bent valves/vehicle overheating. Big expensive repair, very risky part.

now it has cost me $1200 to replace this part for the second time. Do not buy any parts from this company. I would give 0 out of 5 stars, but they only allow 1-5. complete robbery. no guarantee. no one seems to want to get it right. I will never order from them again!

Perfect for my 2005 Nissan Frontier. So far so good, no leaks. Beck Arnley makes really good parts even for imported cars. I hope the o-rings hold because with Nissan's water pump system design they are the only thing keeping coolant from entering the oil lubricated timing chain case.

Cannot recommend this water pump. At less than 10,000 miles the teeth broke, ruined the crank gear, ripped off the crank key, ripped off a piece of the harmonic balancer pulley and essentially left me with a dead engine. Save yourself future frustration and a few thousand dollars and buy an OEM water pump.

I bought it almost 2 years ago. I finally installed it about 8 months ago when I replaced the timing chain. I started having problems with the car overheating but couldn't figure out what the problem was as I assumed the water pump was fine as it was the newest part in the cooling system. When I removed the water pump cover I found that the water pump had fallen apart. The photo shows that the internal timing chain sprocket has fallen apart and the chain has rubbed against the stationary part…
