Bubble machine was delivered on March 19, 2019. Today is April 22nd, 2019. As my grandson is only 4 years old, only I get to handle him (ie he has been CAREFULLY used and cleaned). I can't believe the motor is broken already. We used it once or twice a week - if at all. It's not the batteries, it's not the wheel coming off the stand, it's dead. It fell apart the first time I took it out of the box, tearing off the front part and the bars. I put it back together but the pieces didn't seem to fit together well. I used this for about an hour at a school event, the soap ran out of the reservoir and made a mess. Fu! First of all, a PhD is required to email this thing! There are even CLEAR rubber bands on the sticks so the motor click-click-click and the sticks won't spin unless you remove BOTH clear rubber bands after cutting all the zip ties and spending half an hour unboxing this thing! 90% of the solution from the 4 ounce bottle ended up on TROTOUR and only 10% turned into bubbles! So far I like the concept of this car and the fact that it was made to be taken apart to wash away the remains. It didn't last. First, multiple games require a lot of batteries.
